Opasnost od phishing poruka

Molimo Vas da ignorirate sve poruke e-pošte koje primite, a u kojima se od Vas traži da pošaljete svoje osobne podatke (korisnička imena, zaporke, ime i prezime i slično) odgovorom na poruku ili upisom u neki on-line obrazac, bilo da je u poruci kao pošiljatelj naznačen posluh.hr ili bilo tko drugi. Naime, radi se o tzv. phishingu, prijevarnoj i nezakonitoj praksi koja u posljednje vrijeme uzima sve više maha i čiji je cilj krađa osobnih podataka u različite svrhe (primjerice, provaljivanje u račun e-pošte).

Ovim putem skrećemo pozornost na to da POSLuH od Vas nikada neće tražiti da nam pošaljete svoje korisničke podatke preko e-pošte. Ako primite neku takvu poruku u kojem je posluh.hr naznačen kao pošiljatelj, molimo da na nju ne odgovarate te da odmah kontaktirate našu korisničku podršku na 013841042 ili podrska@posluh.hr.
